Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and manage project costs to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects remain on budget and timelines are met.
- Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates, tender documents, and bill of quantities.
- Utilize quantity surveying software and Microsoft Excel to track, report, and forecast project costs.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and reporting for various projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate or construction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying software.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Must be based in Abuja.
